Project Description

FN P90

The P90 was introduced in 1990 by Fabrique Nationale in response to NATO’s request for a replacement for the 9mm Parabellum projectile. It is a very unique firearm in that it can be considered a PDW (Personal Defense Weapon), a sub-machine gun or a compact assault rifle. It has a bullpup design that incorporates a top-mounted magazine that gives it a very futuristic look. Over 40 nations have incorporated it into their arsenal. In the U.S. alone, over 200 law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service, have adopted the P90.
