Full Auto on the Strip
Shoot Full Auto in Las Vegas. No License, No Experience.
Full auto shooting is legal, straightforward, and available to visitors in Las Vegas. No license, no permit, no prior experience. At Strip Gun Club you’ll fire three handheld automatic weapons on the Las Vegas Strip itself, at 2235 South Las Vegas Boulevard, with free round-trip transport from any Strip or downtown hotel.
Ammunition, targets, eye and ear protection, and a dedicated range safety officer are included, and you keep every photo and video.
What You’ll Shoot
The Three Full Autos You’ll Shoot
Fifty rounds through each, supplied as two 25-round magazines per gun.
The most recognizable submachine gun ever made, and the one most guests came here to shoot. Heckler & Koch built it in the 1960s around a roller-delayed blowback action, which is the reason it shoots so flat. The bolt slows itself mechanically before it unlocks, so the muzzle barely climbs. It cycles at 700 to 900 rounds per minute. If you have seen a hostage-rescue team in a film, you have seen an MP5.
HK’s lighter, simpler successor to the MP5, adopted by agencies including U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We run it in both .40 S&W and .45 ACP, and you pick which. The UMP uses a deliberately slower cyclic rate of around 600 rounds per minute, and that is what makes a heavy pistol round controllable in automatic fire. Where the MP5 is fast and flat, the UMP is a slower, heavier thump you feel through the whole stock. Most guests find it the most satisfying of the three.
Nothing else on the range looks or behaves like it. The P90 is a bullpup personal defense weapon with the action set behind the trigger and a 50-round magazine lying flat across the top of the receiver, feeding rounds through a 90-degree turn. It fires a small, very fast 5.7mm round, so despite cycling around 900 rounds per minute it produces remarkably little recoil. First-time shooters often put the tightest group of the day with it.
That’s 150 rounds total across three platforms, the highest round count of any standard package we run, and roughly two dollars a round.
First Timers
What Full Auto Actually Feels Like
Most people booking this package have never fired an automatic weapon, and the expectation is usually wrong in both directions.
These are pistol-caliber guns with the stock in your shoulder, not something that will knock you backwards.
A 25-round magazine empties in about two seconds if you hold the trigger down, which is why your range safety officer will start you on short controlled bursts before letting you dump a magazine.
Your RSO loads every magazine, demonstrates each gun, sets your grip and stance, and stands at your shoulder for every round fired.
Visitors from the UK, Australia, Japan, and across Europe make up a large share of the shooters here, and for most of them this is the only place they will ever legally fire an automatic weapon. Shooters aged 10 and up can take part with a parent or legal guardian.

Handheld Full Auto or Belt-Fed?
Strip Gun Club runs two distinct full-auto experiences, and they are genuinely different things.
Pistol-caliber guns you shoulder and control yourself. 150 rounds through the MP5, UMP, and P90, the weapons you recognize from films and games. The better first automatic experience, and the better value per round.
The M249 SAW, the M240 Bravo, and our chrome Browning 1919A4. Crew-served military weapons fired from a mount, in rifle calibers, and a completely different sensation.
Want both, plus handguns? Build Your Own Package lets you pick one pistol and up to six long guns from the full arsenal.
